Boaz is a co-founder of fring and worked in the company for six years as Chief Architect responsible for product strategy and partners relations. Prior roles included Director of Marketing at Radvision, a global market leader of video telephony solutions and converged communications; founder and CEO of ExpertCall, a system providing complete, automated customer support for any website; General manager at EasyRun, developing computer-telephony systems, and Intel Semiconductors. Roy has 20 years' experience in the fields of marketing, business development, advertising, and production. Formerly the deputy CEO of marketing and deputy director of TheMarker financial website, and Co -CEO in FaZa Production.
Roy has led and managed high-budget, complex marketing projects for advertising agencies' leading customers and brands, such as Strauss Elite, Israel's Government Advertising Agency, Amdocs, Matrix, Tempo and others. In 2014 he established Vitality Marketing, the sole marketing and advertising agency in Israel which focused on audiences aged 60-80, and which formed the basis for the establishment of SeniorMarket. Roy assisted leading companies penetrate and establish their position in the Seniors market including Colmobil group, NewPharm group, Teva Naot, Shikun & Binui Real Estate, AposTherapy and others

Ronit heads the antitrust team of the firm.
Ronit represents local and international clients in regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions, restrictive trade agreements, compliance programs as well as in criminal investigations and representation before the Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal.
In addition Ronit has vast experience in a broad cross-section of commercial matters as well as general commercial litigation and investment transactions.
Ronit also offers legal advice in the fields of sports and elections, and has published several articles relating to these areas.
Ronit serves as chairperson of the ICC Israel Executive Committe. She is also a member in the Commercial, Competition and Antitrust and Environment Committees (global committees) of ICC.
Ronit heads the Israeli ICC competition and antitrust committee and serves as chairman of the board of ICC Israel and chairman of the board of the New Arbitration Institute for commercial disputes between Israel-Palestinian business entities.
Ronit joined the firm as a partner in 1999.
